Beside soft cottons and wovens, some of our favorite transitional pieces this season, are...yup, leather. This strange mid-spring-winter weather is causing us to keep returning to the wonderfully versatile material. Oh my. We brought up all of our spring merchandise, and now we refuse to believe that it is winter or that it is raining, or that there are still mountains of snow all around us. No, good customers, the retail seasons have changed, and so spring must be here. Which is good news! Because now we can start visioning our lovely, floaty, cotton cotton cotton (and linen! and silk!) for warmer and sunnier days. Here are some new arrivals that we are particularly stuck on, in very happening hues: we are hearing all about nudes, washed out pastels, and bits of bold oranges and pinks. So here ya go!

Tips for the 90% off SALE!!!!

If you've never been to one of out 90% off sales you MUST head over to gh2 this Friday and experience the unbelievable deals on designer merchandise! However, before you come, here's a helpful list that will ensure that you get the most out of our (now famous) sale.

• Get here early! On Friday we open at 11am and I can guarantee the line outside our door will begin to form around 10:30. If you want to ensure that you're among the first to scour the racks, be here by 10:45.
• Dress accordingly! During the sales gh2 converts the back of our store into one large dressing room to be shared by customers. Modesty is out the window as you hustle to try on as many fabulous items as possible! Dress comfortably in items that are easy to pull on and off!
• Keep your cool! It WILL be busy and hectic on the first day of the sale.
• Have a plan! Need a winter coat? Head directly to the coat rack. Dying for a fab pair of pumps? Skip the clothing all together. Knowing what you're initially looking for will give you a better chance of finding it. Once you've accomplished your goal you can browse for other great finds!
• Find the price! The sale is 90% off the REGULAR price of the item in the bottom right hand corner of the ticket. It is always off of the highest price you can find on the price tag.
• Questions? Ask! Our shop girls will be super busy the day of the sale and may look like we don't have a second to answer a question. Stop one of us (its a nice breather for us anyway) and ask. We will usually be able to help or direct you to someone that can!!
• Have Fun! The 90% off sales are our favorite days at gh2 and I'm sure they're yours too! Its totally worth a little chaos (and possibly standing in the cold) when you score a Jean Paul Gaultier, Marc Jacobs, Rick Owens or Prada item at 90% off!
